Lora grew up in Colorado and knows the Denver metro area very well. With a background in business and marketing, real estate was a definite next step. Lora’s personal and methodical approach will help any buyer find the home of their dreams and ensure that sellers get results quickly! She is super organized and a great communicator, ensuring her clients know where they are in the process at all time - this is especially important with first time home buyers and those who are new to the Denver area.

Lora treats all of her clients as if they are her one and only client so they get tons of attention and care throughout the process - she simply loves people! And despite the cliche, Lora is happy to say that she loves houses! “I think every house has potential, and there's the perfect home for everyone. My job is to be matchmaker!”

Lora and her family currently live in Westminster and love all of the exciting changes coming to the area. "The new downtown Westminster is turning into a great suburban hub, with easy access to both Denver and Boulder. New restaurants, shopping and Alamo Draft House are moving in!" When Lora and her family bought their first home in Congress Park years ago they were drawn to the big trees, older neighborhood feel, history, and proximity to downtown. “When we bought our 1925 bungalow, it needed a lot of work. But with some love and sweat, we turned it into exactly what we wanted. We even built a breakfast bar out of reclaimed wood from the house.”  When it was time to move, Lora and her husband kept their first home as an investment property. 

Lora loves to sell and buy anywhere in the metro area, but specializes in Denver and the northern suburbs.
